When you are looking online at listings do you notice which ones use professional photography and which ones don’t? I’m sure you do! It is soooooo important to hire an agent who uses a photographer instead of pulling out their phone and taking phone pictures of your house. Not only will your house generate more showings but ultimately will net you more money in your pocket at the end of the day. We can’t stress this enough!! Hire an agent who respects your listing enough to hire a professional photographer. We are professional real estate agents. Not professional photographers. That is all. Rant over!
