We are not facing a bubble!
One thing we hear all the time is that we are facing a housing bubble similar to 2008. One thing to think about when talking about this is looking at the differences.
In 2008 everyone could get a mortgage if you could breathe and sign your name. That is not the case right now. There are many steps when getting a mortgage now. Plus with the inventory being so low and the demand so high at the moment it is the opposite of the bubble. Back in ’08 there were lots of foreclosures and not many buyers. Today it is the opposite. Not many foreclosures and tons of buyers!
