Forbearance period is ending this week. Due to Covid19, forbearance has been made by lenders so everyone can catch up with their finances to pay up the mortgage. Many might not be aware that if you are not able to update your payments within the forbearance period, your dues will pile up after the forbearance in most cases. You can check your options to avoid foreclosure by updating your payments, asking your lender to have a loan modification, pay your lump sum, or you can sell your house before the foreclosure process starts.
