Houses are still selling!

As you may know, the market has been absolutely blazing hot this summer. We are starting to see a little bit of a slow down and houses are going to start taking just a little bit longer to sell from what we are seeing. This doesn’t mean that the market is crashing or anything of that sort. The market is still good and houses are selling. It’s just taking a little bit longer. We mean like a week instead of 2 days!

If you have thought about selling now is still the time. There are still a ton of buyers out there but we are seeing that buyers are pickier than ever. So, the home needs to be “move in ready”. That is unless it is an investment type property and it is being sold because it needs the work. We can still help!
