How is the market?

So how is the market? Remember this time last year when we ran out of toilet paper? It's just like that except we are dealing with houses not toilet paper! This market has been nuts. We are seeing lots of offers over asking price as well as lots of buyers willing to waive their inspections or appraisals. Buying a home is still 100% feasible right now. We are still finding homes for buyers whether they be on the market or not. We can help. Please keep in mind a lot houses are selling for over asking and if we find your dream home then we have to be strong. Both with the terms and the price. A lot of buyers are paying their own closing costs. We are also seeing buyers being more accommodating with the sellers. Does the seller need a few days of possession after closing? It's possible! Ultimately we are looking at doing Win-Win deals but there are lots of options to position our offer as the winning offer.
