It is ideal that whenever you buy or sell a house, there should be a home inspection. We do home inspections to see if there are any major and minor issues with a property. A home inspector will come over to check the condition of the house. From the foundation of the house up to the roof, everything will be checked. After inspections, repair request can already take place. There will be a detailed report of the inspection indicating the condition of the property and which part should be repaired. At this point, the agent will now write and send a repair request to the seller which part should be repaired or replaced. There will be a negotiation if they want to have it fixed or not. There can be times that they don’t want minor repairs to get fixed, but rest assured that L+H Homes Agents will do their best to have all major repairs get done.
