Larry and Caleb talked about the status of foreclosures status nowadays. There might be some news saying there is a slew on foreclosures due to Covid situation and people who went through forbearance, but the real deal is there is No Foreclosures Crisis.

The data says that 4 out of 5 households in forbearance were able to catch up with their payments. It says 44% who paid in full, 39% worked out on repayment plans and only 1 out 5 doing short sales. So is there really a slew on foreclosures? or is there foreclosures crisis?
